Terms of Service

1. Products and Availability

• Available Goods: Items listed as “in stock” are ready to be delivered, subject to confirmation at checkout.
• Pre-Orders: Items listed as “pre-order” are not yet in our possession. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on our suppliers, customs clearance, and shipping carriers. We will notify you of significant delays.
• Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing but do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in GHS and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
• Payment is required at the time of order (full payment or a deposit for pre-orders, as specified on the product page).
• We accept payment via mobile money.

3. Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

• As an import business, orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and taxes imposed by Chinese authorities. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Pre-order deposits may be non-refundable except where the item cannot be sourced or delivered.
• Returns for available goods are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and defective or materially different from its description.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

5. Training Programs

• Training sessions (online/in-person) are offered on a registration basis. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a training session due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, learners will be offered an alternative date or refund.
• Certificates or completion materials, where offered, are issued only to learners who meet the attendance/participation requirements stated for that program.
• Course content is for personal learning purposes only and may not be reproduced, resold, copied, or redistributed without our written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false order or registration information, interfering with the operation of the Site, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tizan Import is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site, purchase of goods, delays in delivery, or participation in training programs.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
