- No Refund & No Exchange: Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, there is no refund or exchange unless otherwise agreed by TIZAN IMPORTATION.
- Pickup or Delivery: Your selected option is final. Pickup means pickup; Delivery means delivery. It cannot be changed after confirmation.
- Pickup: Customers have 7 days from the date of order confirmation to pick up their goods. After 7 days, TIZAN IMPORTATION will not be responsible for any issues arising from the delay. No refund will be given; where applicable, you may choose another available item.
- Delivery: Delivery orders will be delivered within 72 hours after order confirmation. The delivery fee will be discussed and agreed upon when your order is ready for delivery.
- Customer Details: Full name, an active and reachable phone number, and pickup/delivery details are required. Email is optional.
- Out of Stock/Order Issues: If there is a shortage, an item is out of stock, or there is an issue with your order, we will contact you directly to discuss the available options.
- Colours & Designs: Some products may come in different colours or designs. Where applicable, another available colour or design may be provided.
